I had always dreamed about someday competing in a figure competition, but figured I couldn’t do it…until I met Courtney. I had always gone to the gym but never had a regular training regime nor did I know how to train “properly”, and my eating habits were not what I would call great either. I would always get bored and could never think of different healthy options. I am proud to say I made it to the stage! I lost 30lbs and 25 inches…..I could not have done it without the support and advice that Courtney has given me. Her knowledge and motivating attitude made it easy to train as hard as I did, as well as with all the delicious recipes I never had a boring meal.

I cannot begin to describe the amazing gift Courtney has been in my life.
